Rust Overwatch is a SaaS platform for Rust Console server operators. We collect the information needed to answer inquiries, start accounts, process subscriptions, secure the service, and improve the product.

We may collect details you submit through platform forms, including your name, email address, organization or server name, topic, message, server count, and other information you choose to provide.

2. Account and Subscription Data

If you start onboarding, checkout, or account creation, we may process account identifiers, plan selections, billing status, subscription metadata, and related operational records needed to provide the platform.

3. Payments

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, receipts, and tax-related data under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Rust Overwatch receives the subscription and checkout information needed to manage access.

4. Website and Device Data

We may collect device, browser, IP address, log, cookie, analytics, referrer, and usage data to operate the site, protect security, understand traffic, and improve the platform experience.

5. How We Use Information

We use platform data to respond to inquiries, support sales and onboarding, operate checkout flows, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and improve Rust Overwatch.
